Services

We provide creative services such as video, animation, stop-motion, and related production. Scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing before production starts.

Quotes & scheduling

A quote is based on your brief and may change if scope changes.
Production time is reserved after a deposit (unless agreed otherwise).

Client responsibilities

Provide required materials and feedback on time.
Confirm approvals at key stages (concept / preview / final).

Revisions

Revisions included depend on the selected package. Additional revisions or scope changes may require extra fees and time.

Delivery

Final files are delivered digitally via a secure link. Project files/formats are specified per package.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, you receive usage rights for the final delivered assets after full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, or force majeure events.
