Refund & Returns

Because our services are custom and made-to-order, refunds work differently than for physical products.

Deposits

Deposits reserve production time and are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Before work starts

If you cancel before production begins, we may refund the deposit minus any administrative or planning time already spent (if applicable).

After work starts

If you cancel after production has started, you pay for work completed up to that point. We can deliver the materials created so far, depending on the stage of the project.

Revisions & approvals

Refunds are not provided for changes of mind after approvals (concept/preview) or for work delivered according to the agreed scope.

How to request a cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your project name and date of agreement. We will confirm the current stage and the payable amount.
